Terms & Conditions
Last updated: pending final legal review
This page describes our general approach and is not yet a final, jurisdiction-reviewed legal document. A binding merchant agreement is provided as part of onboarding. If you need specifics ahead of that, contact us directly.
Using the platform
You may use BNSeven to manage your product catalog, pricing, and (once payment processing is enabled on your account) accept payments and receive payouts, subject to these terms and our onboarding review. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you list for sale and for complying with any laws that apply to your own business.
Merchant of record
Where BNSeven acts as merchant of record on a transaction, BNSeven is the seller of record for card-network and applicable tax purposes for that transaction, as described in our merchant of record overview. This does not transfer ownership of your product, brand, or customer relationships.
Account review & eligibility
Access to live payment processing and payouts is conditional on passing our compliance review and remaining in good standing. We may decline, suspend, or terminate an account where required by law, card network rules, or our own risk assessment.
Fees
Fees are as described on our pricing page and your specific merchant agreement, deducted from processed transactions before funds are credited to your balance.
Changes to these terms
We’ll provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
