Last updated: pending final legal review

This page describes our general approach and is not yet a final, jurisdiction-reviewed legal document. It’s published so prospective and onboarding merchants can see how we intend to handle data ahead of formal legal review. If you need a binding commitment for a specific purpose, contact us directly.

What we collect

Account and business information you provide at signup and during onboarding (company legal details, contact information, beneficial-owner and identity-verification documents where required for compliance review), transaction data generated by using the platform, and standard technical data (IP address, device/browser information) collected automatically when you use our sites or dashboard.

How we use it

To operate your account, process transactions where you’ve enabled payment processing, meet compliance obligations (including KYC/KYB and AML-related review), provide support, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers necessary to operate the platform — infrastructure hosting, identity verification, and (once enabled) payment processing — bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and disclosed where required by law or a valid legal process.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we’ll respond directly rather than route you through an automated process.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the platform and to meet financial recordkeeping and compliance obligations that apply to us as a merchant of record, even after an account is closed.
